Be sure to read my Book for further details of reduced gravity during the dinosaurs’ time...
Relationship between Gravity and Evolution
(The theory of the increasing of the gravity)
Ramin Amirmardfar's book is about the relationship between Gravity & Evolution, and you can read an english translation on his web site. He has written several papers in this field, nine of them have been published in Etelaat-e-Elmi Magazine (Scientific Journal of Etelaat newspaper). In the year 2000, he published his book The relationship between Earth gravity and Evolution which comprised 13 of his papers.
Neil Adams talks on Radio about a reduced gravity during the Dinosaurs Time.
Neil Adams has promoted the reduced gravity thesis on American Radio and its effect on a Tyrannosaurus rex.
Was gigantic size due to ... a lower gravitation?
Frederic Malmartel thinks it's a serious possibility.
Gravitational Definition in Extinct Ecosystems
by Duff Smith
This page relates to an alternate theory about dinosaur extinction; alternate in the sense that scientists haven't looked at it yet, not that it has been rejected.
Megafauna and the attenuated gravity of the antique system.
Ted Holden has promoted the reduced gravity thesis for many years on the Internet and has recently published a book and appeared on Japanese TV. Nothing any larger than the largest elephants could live in our world today, and that the largest dinosaurs survived ONLY because the nature of the world and of the solar system was then such that they did not experience gravity as we do at all; they'd be crushed by their own weight, collapse in a heap, and suffocate within minutes were they to.
On the Origin of Dinosaurs and Mammals
by William Carnell Erickson
In reduced gravity, animals will have less skeletal mass and thinner bones than equally massive animals adapted to normal gravity; a significant increase in maximum body size will also ensue. These predictions, inferred from allometric scaling principles and supported by biomedical space research and gravity tolerance experiments, are borne out in the fossil record.
The Puzzle of Prehistoric Mega Fauna
Did you ever go to a natural history museum when you were young and marvel at the massive dinosaur skeletons on display? ... WHY ... are so many of the animals preserved in the fossil record vastly larger than the modern day descendents?
Many people have begun to believe that gravity might have been less in the ancient past since the original publication of my reduced gravity thesis in Dinosaurs and the Expanding Earth. Here are some links to some of the best web sites discussing the theory.
Enjoy.
